Every 10.000 kms. (600Q miles) the cyli nder
head shnuld be
removed
for decarbonizing.
The combustion chamber and piston crowns
are best cleaned with a blunt scraper and a
wire brush and washed off with petrol.
Check that Ihe valve seats are properly
sealed by
pouring some
petrol through
Ihe
Inlel
and
exhaust ducls
and observing if any
seeps through
between
seats and valves.

in wilh emery paste
