I am getting a code of "99&quot; and don't know what to do. The machine seems to be frozen, though it does light up. I hit buttons and nothing happens. The lights went out completely in my building, as well as the entire block, for 10 minutes a few nights ago and I can't get my ans mach to work. What can I do? Did the power failure definitely killed my machine, or, is there something else I can do?
