Troubleshooting

1.Can't turn on the speaker
Please charge the speaker, and then restart it.
2.NFC connection is unsuccessful
Make sure NFC is enabled in your device and has been activated.
Make sure the distance between your device's NFC zone and speaker's NFC zone is within 1cm.
3.Bluetooth connection is unsuccessful
Make sure you have activated the Bluetooth function of your device.
Delete all paired information in your device and then repair the connection.
Move the connecting device close to the speaker and then repair the connection.
4.No sound when Bluetooth connected successfully
Connect the Bluetooth again.
Adjust the volume level of the speaker or your device.
