    1: Safety Information Dear Customer: For the greatest safety and reliable operation, please follow these guidelines for use and care of the product. Please retain these instructions for future reference. 1. Do not expose the product to excessive dust or dirt, intense vibration, extreme humidity, or high temperatures.

    If the battery won't operate the product for the stated time (4 hours) or the battery does not hold a charge, contact Triplett at 1-800 Triplett or support@triplett.com. • If the product will not be used for some time, disconnect the battery and leave inside the product.

Follow the figures below on how to connect the battery connector to the battery terminal connector inside the product.     After charging the battery (see Section 6), slide switch on the bottom of the unit (11) to the right. The LED should light up GREEN and a splash screen with the Triplett logo should appear. After the splash screen a display on the upper right will appear displaying Battery Life, Video LVL, Signal type and Brightness level.

  • Page 14 On Screen Display (OSD) / Video Settings: The CamView Elite is equipped with a OSD in order to help change ™ various video settings. The OSD can be activated and deactivated when the "ESC/MENU" (6) button is pressed. Once pressed the OSD will display on the screen.
  • Page 16 Using the Color Bar Generator: The CamView Elite is equipped with a Color Bar Generator in order ™ to test outgoing cables and monitors. The Color Bar Generator can be activated when the "P/G" (8) button is pressed. Once pressed the screen will display a 8 segmented colored bar graph.

The ™ Outdoor setting can be activated and deactivated when the "Outdoor" (10) button is pressed. Once pressed the screen will instantly change from default brightness setting to 100% brightness.
