Problem

Solution
Wipe your feet with a damp
cloth, keeping them slightly damp
when starting measurement.
Install the batteries.

the measurement, and keep full
contact with the electrodes as
well.

Solution
Turn ON the Bluetooth via
"Setting >> General >> Bluetooth".
Press the icon to turn ON your
app.
Place your smartphone closer to
the scale.
Please assign a User ID following
the instruction in Set Up Your
Profile.
