The State of Massachusetts requires that the chimney flue damper be welded open or completely removed
if used with decorative gas log sets. This appliance must be installed by a licensed plumber or gas fitter in
Massachusetts.
In the State of Massachusetts the gas cock must be a T-handle type. Massachusetts requires that a flexible
appliance connector be three feet or less in length.

CAUTION
Remove all hardware and materials from the product carton. Remove all protective packaging applied to the
