Customer Service

Your dishwasher requires no special care other than that
described in the Care and Maintenance section of this
manual. If you are having a problem with your
dishwasher, before calling for service please refer to the
Troubleshooting Guide section of the manual. If service is
necessary, contact your dealer or installer or an
authorized service center. Do not attempt to repair the
appliance yourself. Any work performed by unauthorized
personnel may void the warranty.
If you are having a problem with your dishwasher and are
not pleased with the service you have received, please
take the following steps until the problem is corrected to
your satisfaction:

You did not wait until wash cycle
ended.
Detergent dispenser or cover guide
blocked by sticky detergent residue.
Spray arms blocked by dishes,
therefore detergent is not rinsed
or
out.

The detergent dispenser was damp
when filled.
Door not closed properly.
Do not place dishes or fragrance
dispenser in the detergent tab tray.
Upper rack presses against the
door and prevents door from being
closed securely.
Power and/or water supply inter-
rupted.
Depends on domestic installation,
as appliance is not defective. No
effect on appliance function.
Spray arm strikes the dishes, dishes
not positioned correctly.
If there is a low load, the water jets
strike the washing tank directly.
Light dishes move during the wash
cycle.
Handwash liquid in the rinse aid dis-
penser.
Rinse aid spilled.

Remedial action
Perform reset.
(see "Canceling the wash cycle").
Remove detergent residue.
Ensure that the spray arms can rotate freely.
Pour detergent into the dry detergent dis-
penser only.
Close the door.
Check whether rear panel is being pressed in,
e.g. by socket or by hose holder which has not
been removed.
Restore power and/or water supply.
No remedial action possible.
Position dishes so that the spray arms do not
strike the dishes.
Load the appliance with more dishes or distrib-
ute the dishes more evenly in the dishwasher.
Arrange light dishes securely.
Immediately refill rinse aid dispenser with rinse
aid.
Remove rinse aid with a cloth.
