Der Leuchtenkörper basiert auf textilen Verbindungen. Dies ermöglicht es, ihn in jede erdenkliche Form zu drapieren, zu rollen und zu knicken. Der Leuchtenkörper der CARPetinO wiegt ohne Zubehör etwa 200 Gramm und kann mit kleinen Hilfsmitteln überall befestigt werden. Ösen benutzen. • Bei jeglichen sichtbaren Schäden des Leuchtenkörpers und der Komponenten darf das System nicht mehr verwendet werden. Sind Schäden feststellbar, müssen die betreffenden Teile ausgewechselt werden, bzw. muss Kontakt mit der CARPetlight GmbH oder deren Vertriebspartnern aufgenommen werden. • Bei hängendem Betrieb muss der Leuchtenkörper, wie auch das verwendete Zubehör, mittels eines Sicherungsseiles gesichert werden. • Die Leuchte ist eine der leichtesten ihrer Art und ermöglicht eine Aufhängung, die von bisherigen Standards abweichen kann. - Page 6 Aufstellung, Schutzdach oder Abdeckungen. Dabei ist auf ausreichende Ableitung der durch den Leuchtenkörper erzeugten Wärme zu achten. • Die Verwendung in korrosiver Umgebung, z.B. Gummis bieten ausreichend Halt, um die Leuchte auch als Toplight einzusetzen. Um Lichtaustritt an den Ecken zu verhindern, benutzen Sie die überstehenden Eckver- längerungen des umlaufenden Textilsaums am SnapGrid. Bitte überprüfen Sie eventuelle Verschmutzungen der Klettverbindung, um eine perfekte Verbindung zu gewährleisten. Aufbau der softboxen Die CARPetlight-Softbox wird auf die CARPetinO-Leuchte mit Hilfe des Klettver- schlusses befestigt. - Page 8 Element zusammenfügen, indem der V-Mountadapter am Netzteil in die V-Mountaufnahme am Steuergerät gesteckt wird. Read this Instruction Manual thoroughly before first use. • Don´t stick any nails, pins, staples or similar objects into the lamp body, please use the existing eyelets. • Do not operate the lamp upon seeing any visual damage. • If any damage is identifiable the relevant parts must be replaced, alternatively, please contact CARPetlight GmbH or one of our distributors/sales partners. • please ensure, when hanging this product, that the lamp body and ancillary equipment is properly secured using a safety cable. • Due to the lamp body being one of the lightest of its kind, it allows for installation in ways not possible before. But please make sure of the stability and reliability of the attachment. -

Page 21: Lamp Operation
Use the protruding textile hem corner extensions on the SnapGrid to minimize any unwanted light emissions from the corners of the lamp. Please check for possible fouling of the velcro fasteners to ensure a perfect bond. Assembly of the softboxes The CARPetlight softbox is attached to the CARPetinO using velcro fasteners. -

Attach together by connecting the V-mount adapter to the power supply adapter on the control unit. V-mount Operation The CARPetinO control unit can be run using V-mount batteries (minimal 9A discharge current). To do this there is a V-mount connector on every control unit. -

Control The use of these settings is for version 3.13 of the firmware. The settings could change in the future. If your firmware is a different version than 3.13, please contact CARPETLIGHT GmbH. switching On/Off and standby-mode Once the lamp is successfully connected to the control unit and that is connected to a functioning power supply, the lamp is ready for use. - Page 24 menu functions 1. daylight Boost/ fast 100 % Daylight Boost: - Hold down the color temperature control knob for 3 seconds (menu-mode). - Rotate the color temperature control knob 1 click to the right to activate the “Daylight Boost”. - DLB will show up on the display. - Turning any control knob will bring back the lamp operation mode.
- Page 25 5. selection of lamp head version You can find the lamp version on the printed logo on the lamp heads rear side. Higher lamp versions have a larger color spectrum adjustability. The A series CARPetinO uses the previous binning (2800-5600 K) and the B series CARPetinO uses the actuell binning (2800-6000 K). Please manually adjust this in the menu.
