Lesen Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung sehr sorgfältig vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme durch. Der folgende Text enthält wichtige Hinweise für die Handhabung von CARPetligHt Beleuchtungskörpern.
- Page 5 Ösen nutzen. • Bei jeglichen sichtbaren Schäden des Leuchtenkörpers und der Komponenten darf das System nicht mehr verwendet werden. Sind Schäden feststellbar, müssen die betreffenden Teile ausgewechselt werden, bzw. muss Kontakt mit der CARPetligHt GmbH oder deren Vertriebspartnern aufgenommen werden. • Bei hängendem Betrieb muss der Leuchtenkörper, wie auch das verwendete Zubehör, mittels eines Sicherungsseiles gesichert werden. • Überprüfen Sie die Stabilität und Zuverlässigkeit der Anbringung.
- Page 6 Aufstellung, Schutzdach oder Abdeckungen. Dabei ist auf ausreichende Ableitung der durch den Leuchtenkörper erzeugten Wärme zu achten. • Die Verwendung in korrosiver Umgebung, z.B. Salzwasser, erfordert evtl. besondere Maßnahmen. gARAntieAussCHluss Jede Nutzung außerhalb der empfohlenen Einsatzszenarien, insbesondere in hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit, explosionsgefährdeter Umgebung oder erhöhter G-Kräfte, führen zum Erlöschen jeglicher Gewährleistungen. Die Firma CARPetligHt GmbH haftet für keinerlei Schäden, die durch unsachgemäße Benutzung ihrer Produkte entsteht.

Page 7: Bedienung Der Leuchte
Beginnen Sie bei der Verbindung der Leuchte mit dem Rahmen, stets mit der Kabel austrittsecke. Stecken Sie den Gewindestift durch die Ovalöse der Cl21-Leuchte und verschrauben ihn fest mit der ¼ Zoll Gewindeaufnahme des Rahmens. Bei dem Rahmen der Cl42 werden, wenn alle vier Gewindestifte lose eingeschraubt sind, die ¼... -
Page 8: Anbau Des Zapfens
Leuchte auf Spannung gebracht wird. Anbau des Zapfens Bei der CL21 und CL42 wird der 16 mm Zapfen mittels eines Bajonettverschlusses im Mittelpunkt des Rahmenkreuzes befestigt. Der Zapfen wird in die Aufnahme eingesetzt, leicht gedreht und durch die Überwurfmutter fest geschraubt. Vorherige Versionen besitzen einen Zapfen, der mittels eines Gewindes befestigt wird. -

Speakon Buchse (DC IN) am Steuergerät. Setzen Sie danach zwei V-Mount Akkumulatoren (mit jeweils mindestens 9 Ampere Entladestrom) in den V-Mount Adapter ein. Alternative DC Stromversorgungen sind nach Absprache mit CARPetligHt GmbH möglich. Die Steckverbinder des Steuerkabels und der Stromversorgung sind nicht unter Spannung oder Last zu trennen oder zu verbinden. -

Bei einer erfolgreichen Verbindung von Leuchte, Steuergerät und Stromversorgung ist die Leuchte einsatzbereit. Nach Betätigen des Hauptschalters am Steuergerät erscheint das CARPetligHt-Logo auf dem Display. Die Leuchte startet immer im On-Modus und leuchtet, mit der zuletzt im Steuergerät eingestellten und gespei- cherten Helligkeit und Farbtemperatur auf. -

Die Leuchten Cl42, Cl44, Cl84 werden in der A-Serie mit dem bisherigen LED-Binning betrieben und in der B-Serie mit dem aktuellen Binning. Beim Modell Cl21 wird die Serie A-C mit dem bisherigen LED-Binning betrieben. Ab der Serie D gilt das aktuelle LED-Binning. The CARPetligHt CL Series product line is produced specifically for the use in professional studio and outdoor location shooting, and should only be operated by qualified personnel. Read this Instruction Manual thoroughly before first use. The following text includes important information for the operation of the CARPetligHt lamps. • Please observe the safety instructions for your own protection. • Keep this manual in a safe place and pass on to any future user. • Please recycle or dispose of the packaging material for this product in an environmentally responsible manner. • Damaged lamps and ancillary equipment should be disposed of in a responsible and environmentally friendly way according to the laws and regulations that apply in the country of use. -

• Don´t stick any nails, pins, staples or similar objects into the lamp body, please use the existing eyelets. • Do not operate the lamp if you observe any visual damage. • If any damage is identifiable the relevant parts must be replaced, alternatively, please contact CARPetligHt GmbH or one of our distributors/sales partners. • Please ensure, when hanging this product, that the lamp body and ancillary equipment is properly secured using a safety cable. • Due to the lamp body being one of the lightest of its kind, it allows for installation in ways not possible before; but please make sure of the stability and reliability of the attachment. -

Every usage outside of the recommended applications, in particular in high humidity, dangerously volatile environments or heightened G forces will lead to forfeiture of the warranty. The company CARPetligHt GmbH is not liable for any damages due to improper usage of our products. -
Page 21: Lamp Operation
Push the threaded pins through the oval eyelets of the Cl21 lamp and screw tightly into the ¼” set screw of the frame. -
Page 22: Mounting The Spigot
The lamps CL21 and CL42 have a centre mounted bayonet fastener for attaching a 16mm spigot. The spigot is placed within the fastener, turned slightly then tightened using the union nut. -
Page 23: Operation Of The Control Unit
After that insert two batteries (with a minimal discharge current of nine Amps/each) to the V-mount adapter. An alternative DC power supply can be used after approval by CARPetligHt GmbH. Do not connect or disconnect the connectors of the power and control cable while voltage or current are present. -

Once the main switch on the control unit has been activated, the CARPetligHt-Logo will appear in the display. The lamp always starts in the On-mode and the illumination will be the same as the last set up which was input into the control unit. This includes it´s brightness and color temperature. -

By pressing down the standby/menu button for 3 seconds you are now in the options menu. By pressing down the standby/menu Button for another 3 seconds you are then in the lamp operation mode. Once in the options menu, using a short press of the button you can go through the menu functions. Use the color temperature control to change menu functions and its corresponding value. - Page 26 Cl42, Cl44 and Cl84 come in A series (with the conventional binning) and B series ( with the new one extended binning).
