4.6 Car adapter

Use the supplied car adapter to operate the DVD player in a vehicle.
Connect the adapter cable as shown below to the mains terminal DC 12V IN of the
DVD player and the cigarette lighter of the vehicle.

The driver must not operate the device or look at the screen while driving.
Position the device in a way that ensures an uninhibited view.
Remove the rechargeable battery pack before connecting the device using the car
adapter.
If possible, disconnect the car adapter cable while starting the vehicle.
Caution
Only use the power supply unit provided or the 12V adapter.
The adapter is only designed for 12V and should not be connected when
starting the engine.
