Find it: Main Menu > Settings > Security > Restrict Calls, then enter
your unlock code (see page 86)

press Main Menu > My Stuff > Tools > Dialing Services
> Fixed Dial.
To activate the list, press Main Menu > Settings > Security
> Fixed Dial, then enter your SIM PIN2 password (see
page 86).
