Menu functions
Service Light
(Menu #.1.7)
Use this menu to activate or deactivate the use of the
service light on the front of the phone. The service
light blinks at regular intervals when your network is
available.
Sounds
(Menu #.2)
Use this menu to customise various sound settings.
Volume
(Menu #.2.1)
Use this menu to select a ringer volume for incoming
calls, message alert, alarms, or application alerts. You
can also set the phone to vibrate the sound effect
while playing a game.
• Use Ringer Volume: select this option to use a
volume used in Ringer.
• Separate Volume: select this option to change a
ringer volume:
Ringer Off: the phone does not ring.
1-Beep: the phone sounds a beep.

Level 1~8: select a volume for the call ringer. The
more bars, the louder the volume.
• Always Vibrate: select this option to set the
phone to vibrate.
Ringer Type

Use this menu to select a ringtone for incoming calls,
message alert, scheduler alarm, or roaming alert.
Alerts
(Menu #.2.3)
Use this menu to have the phone alert (beep) you to
inform you that certain things have happened.
• Minute Beep: set the phone to beep every minute
during an outgoing call to keep you informed of the
length of your call.
• Service: set the phone to beep when you exit a
service area or return to a service area.
• Connect: set the phone to beep when an outgoing
call is connected to the system.
• Sig. Fade Tone: set the phone to beep when a
dropped call occurs during conversation in
response to fading signal strength.
