free from
defects

materials
or workmanship
for a
perio

of 5 years from the
date of p urchase.
Defective

nits
must be
shipped p repaid
insured
to an Authorized Warranty
Service
Station or
to the factory.
In
most
cases the dealer
from
wh
om
you
purchased
your
speakers is
an
Authorized
Warranty
Service
Station
and
is
set-up
to do the repairs.
If
upon
examination
at the
factory
or
Auth
orized
Warranty Service Station it is
determined
that the
unit
was defective
in
materials or
workmanship,
the
Authorized
Warranty
Service Station or
Polk
Audio will, at its
discretion,

epair o

replace the
unit at

o cost
to the
consu
mer and
return
it via prepaid
freigh
t.

warranty

cover damage
due
to commercial
use,
or voltage
inputs in
excess
of

e rated
maximum
of the
unit,

other
abuse.

be
void if

nauthorized service
has

or if the
serial
number
tag
is removed
or
defaced.
This warranty

in lieu of
all other
warranties, expressed or implied.
