malfunction cause is free of charge. For further malunction locating, caused
by the liquid- and/or mechanical damage Xboard OÜ reserves the right to
charge €35.
The repairworks on liquid-, moist- or mechanical damage have no warranty
and the repairing charges are not subject to reimbursement.
The product warranty is void if:
-
service points unauthorized by Xboard OÜ are used
-
the product has mechanical impairment (e.g the plastic housing has
deformed) and/or liquid/moist damage.
Warranty is not applicable on:
-
packaging, documentation, charge off components and materials
-
disruptions in product functionality, caused by deliberate or
unintended damage by the user to the product
-
operating disruptions and -damages caused by conscious or
unconscious physical damage (chaps, cracks, dents, scratches etc.)
to the product due to which inappropriate elements (e.g. liquids,
insects, excessive dust etc.)have entered the interior of the product;
-
components and parts, wearing out naturally
-
product that has been maintenanced by an unathorized party
-
operating malfunctions caused by improper handling and not in
accordance with the instructions of this Product Manual
-
software caused errors
-
product cleaning
-
product utilization training
-
product malfunctions caused by product usage in unsuitable and
improper environmental conditionsproduct malunctions caused by
lightning or some other environmental (force majeure) appearances
-
malfunctions caused by connecting the product to unstable electric
supply systems
-
product and its details if the stickers of control, serial numbers or
markers have been damaged, changed or removed;
-
operating malunctions and mechanical damages, caused by usage of
improper components and parts;
-
insignificant flaws or deviations in the product's characteristics,
which are not important from the stance of the product's functional
usage
Warranty is discontinued if XBOARD or its charger has not been used in
accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the Product Manual.
Water or other liquid based damages, as well as shock, rock, collision, fall or
other cause based damages are not subject to warranty. That includes, but
is not limited to driving up or down curbstones, punctures to tires etc.
XBOARD warranty will void upon disassembly or any kind of modification of
XBOARD or its charger.
Battery, engines and charger are with 6month warranty.
The warranty is void if XBOARD has been used despite of defect appearance.
Damages caused by voltage fluctuation, over- or undercharging are not
subject to warranty.
