Review the following pages before calling for service.
Problem
Timer knob does not
work
Drum does not turn
Hot air is not blowing out
The laundry is not
thoroughly dried
Dryer does not start

Possible Causes
The power cord is not
inserted firmly
The door is not closed
The power cord is not
inserted
The receptacle does not
have power
The timer is set incorrectly
on cold air
The front and back filters
are clogged
There is too much clothes
in the dryer
Items were added while the
dryer is in operation
The clothes became twisted
while drying
The dryer is placed in a
small and badly ventilated
area
The set on the dryer is set
to ANTI-WRINKLE
Power failure
The power cord is not
inserted firmly
The door is not closed
The timer is set to the OFF
position

Solution
Insert the power cord firmly
Close the door
Insert the power cord firmly
Check the power cord
receptacle
Set the time to hot air
Clean the filter
Reduce the amount of
clothes in the dryer
Re-dry the items again
Untwist the items and
re-dry
Place the dryer in a well
vented area
Try using WARM or HOT
setting instead
Try again when there is
power
Insert the power cord firmly
Close the door
Set the dry time
