Possible causes
You have activated the
Call barring feature.
You have activated the
Fixed dial numbers
feature.
You have entered an
incorrect PIN code three
consecutive times.
Possible solution
Go to Settings > Call
settings > Call Barring
Settings, and then
select Deactive All.
Go to Settings > Call
settings > Fixed
Dialling Numbers and
disable it.
Contact your service
provider. If the service
provider provides the
micro-SIM card's PUK
code, use the PUK code
to unlock the micro-SIM
card.
