Getting started Before you begin CAUTION: The soleplate becomes very hot during use. Always allow the iron to cool down before carrying out any maintenance or trouble shooting. Do not use hot or boiling water to fill the water tank. Don’t over fill the water tank or exceed the maximum amount required.
