Setup.exe doesn't run:
Make sure you have sufficient priviledges to install a new application. Also insure that your
Antivirus software is not blocking new installs.

Setup tells me to install the Microsoft .Net Framework:
This is normal. PropScope was built on .Net Framework. It should detect if you need to install
this, and will then help you download and install it from Microsoft.
·
The PropScope Application starts but doesn't Connect.
Check to make sure your PropScope is connected to the PC with a short, quality USB cable.
