must not exceed 68kg.

Service Centre to have replacement parts sent out prior to beginning assembly (details can be found in the warranty pages at the end of this manual). Step 1 Attach 1 x Seat (8) to 1 x End Bar (2) using 4 x M6x25mm Bolts (S1). Repeat this for the other side.
