No dial tone

Use only the telephone line cord supplied.
•
Check that the telephone line cord is connected properly.
•
Check that the mains power is connected properly and switched on.
No display
•
Reset the base by and disconnecting the mains power. Wait for around 15 seconds
before connecting it again.
•
Check that the mains power is connected properly and switched on.
No Caller ID
•
Check your subscription with your network operator.
•
The caller may have withheld their number.
Base does not ring
•
The base ringer may be set to off.
Will not record
•
Make sure the Micro SD card is inserted correctly.
•
The Micro SD card may be full, delete stored messages /recorded conversations.
