The soldering iron must be earthed while soldering and unsoldering the electrostatic-sensitive devices. Only antistatic solder can be used for electrostatic-sensitive devices disassembly. The electrostatic-sensitive devices will be damaged by static without ESD prevention solder while disassembling.
