Connect the 3G data card to the USB interface of the Router and go to this page. 3G backup is enable by default, which means that if a 3G dongle is plugged and there is a fail in DSL line, 3G will be up and Internet will be served through 3G dongle.

DHCP service supplys IP settings to workstations configured to automatically obtain IP settings that are connected to the device through the Ethernet port.
