this feature when you want

retake

picture
to
make
it lighter or
darker.
To
do
this:
1.
Press
the

only the lighten/darken symbol

turn on
the lighten setting:

the

you want,

once
to
return
to
the
full
display. You can now
retake
a
picture
to
make it lighter

To return the
camera to
fully
automatic
operation,
press the
Auto
reset
button.

the background of
a
flash
picture
is
too dark
but
your subject
is
well
illuminated, the background
is
too
far
away.
To
correct
this
problem, do
not
use
the
lighten
setting. lnstead,
press
the
Auto
reset
button
and
retake
the
pic-
ture, placing your subject
near
a
back-
ground and keeping both
within
the
60
cm
to
4.6 m
flash
range.
