- Page 3 Installation 1. Disconnect negative battery cable from battery. (For diesel engines with dual batteries disconnect both negative cables) 2. Pry loose the radio bezel. Fig. 1 3. Remove the four screws securing the radio and HVAC controls. HVAC control wiring does not need to be disconnected.

NOTE: For trucks with split rear bench seat, install the two supplied washers over the stud closest to the passenger’s side. 20. Connect the subwoofer wiring to the subwoofer harness and set the enclosure into place over the seat studs.

The radio is working, but the Subwoofer is not working: • Check the battery voltage to make sure it is not discharged below 11 volts.
