BY A SAFERA PRODUCT RESPONSI-
BLY AND SAFELY, AND THE END USER
MUST CONSTANTLY SUPERVISE
THEIR USE. A SAFERA PRODUCT IS
NOT A SUBSTITUTE TO AND DOES
NOT REPLACE THE FIRE ALARMS
REQUIRED BY LAW AND DOES NOT
NECESSARILY PREVENT FIRE OR PRE-
VENT OR REDUCE ANY OTHER DAM-
AGE AND DOES NOT NECESSARILY
GIVE AN ALARM OF ANY DAMAGE

based on defects in the Safera

be made towards the Distributor;
(b) Safera is not liable for loss of in-
come or other indirect or any
other damages that are difficult to
predict;
(c) Safera's liability, including price
returns and reductions, is limited
to the Safera product's purchase
price, which has been paid to
Safera for the respective Safera
product.
