2. Tap > Settings > Format or Format as internal > ERASE & FORMAT > OK.

Format: Select to format your USB storage.

Format as internal: Select to use as internal storage for this device only. After
formatting, the USB storage will only work in this device.

Battery Settings

Monitor your phone's battery usage through this settings menu. View which functions are
consuming your battery's charge and at what percentage.
► From the Home screen, tap Apps

Tap Eco Mode to access the Eco Mode app screen.
Note: Eco mode feature is not available on all models.

Tap on the graph image on the screen to see the history details of the battery usage.

Tap other displayed items to access their Use details screens. Additional options
may be available.

Tap to refresh the displayed information.

Tap for the following menus:
• Battery optimization to reduce the energy needs of your app.
• Battery charging tone to sound a notification tone when battery charging starts.
• Battery charged tone to sound a notification tone when the battery is fully
charged.
• Display battery percentage to display the remaining battery level in percentage
next to the battery icon on the status bar.
Tap & Pay
When NFC is turned on, you can use the Tap & pay feature to pay for items just by touching
your phone to a reader at a register. If your phone doesn't have a default app, you can browse
Google Play for payment apps. See
1. From the Home screen, tap Apps > Settings > Tap & pay > Payment default.
2. Select an app to use.
3. Tap Use default to determine when you want to use the default payment app.
