DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: Linear Acoustic
defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of
purchase. THERE ARE NO OTHER IMPLIED OR EXPRESS WARRANTIES AND NO
WARRANTY F OR M ERCHANTABILITY O R F ITNESS F OR A P ARTICULAR P URPOSE.
If the date the customer's notice of warranty claim is received by Linear Acoustic
(such d ate t he " Warranty C laim N otice D ate") i s w ithin t he f irst 9 0 d ays f ollowing
the Receipt Date, Linear Acoustic will pay the costs of shipping such warranted
Product t o a nd f rom t he e nd u ser's l ocation, a nd t he c ost o f r epair o r r eplacement o f
such w arranted P roduct.
If the Warranty Claim Notice Date occurs after the first 90 days following the
Receipt D ate a nd b efore t he e nd o f t he s econd ( 2nd) y ear, t he c ustomer w ill p ay t he
freight to return the warranted Product to Linear Acoustic. Linear Acoustic will
then, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the warranted Product and return it to
the e nd u ser a t L inear A coustic e xpense.
In each of the above, the unit is to be returned directly to Linear Acoustic with a
return authorization (RA) number clearly marked on the packaging. Please note,
this R A n umber m ust b e p resent o r p ackage w ill b e r efused a nd r eturned t o s ender.
The e nd u ser w ill i n a ll c ases b e r esponsible f or a ll d uties a nd t axes a ssociated
with t he s hipment, r eturn a nd s ervicing o f t he w arranted P roduct.
No distributor, dealer, or reseller of Linear Acoustic products is authorized under
any circumstances to extend, expand or otherwise modify in any way the warranty
provided b y L inear A coustic, a nd a ny a ttempt t o d o s o i s n ull a nd v oid a nd s hall n ot
be e ffective a s a gainst L inear A coustic o r i ts A ffiliates.
Out of warranty units returned to the factory for repair may be subject to a $500
evaluation fee, which must be prepaid prior to shipping the unit to Linear Acoustic.
If no repairs are required, the $500 fee will be retained by Linear Acoustic as an
evaluation charge. If repairs are required, the $500 fee will be applied to the total
cost o f t he r epair.
