.Click Forgot password and complete the reset .2

PersonalCloud.seagate.com

.Click the Forgot password link .2
.Enter the email address associated with your remote access account .3
.An email will be sent to your email account. Open the message and click the Reset Password link .4
.Enter your new password and click Reset .5
.A message appears confirming that your password has been changed .6
