To reset the password for your Seagate One Touch, follow these steps:

1. Find the default 8-character secure code printed on a sheet inside the hard drive box or on the back of the drive (may include a QR code).
2. Enter this code and click "Next."
3. Create a new password and confirm it by typing it again.
4. Enter a password hint to help you remember it.
5. Set up a password reset key for future password recovery.

If you skip setting up a reset key and forget your password, you may lose access to your data.
