The Cross Bar MUST be locked across to the other Leg Assembly

STEP 5 - CROSS BAR ASSEMBLY

A
Unscrew the
Cross Bar from
the Linkage
Tube.
B
Swing the Cross
Bars over to the
other side's Long
Linkage Tube.
C
Push in the
Button on the
Spring Lock &
screw in to lock
the Cross Bar to
the Long Linkage
Tube. Repeat for
both Bars.
WARNING:
BEFORE the Long Linkage Tubes are LOCKED in place.
This is required for structural stability.
