A.4 Diagnostics tool
You can monitor the Sunrise Internet Box's activity and status using several tools.
The available tools are accessible via the Maintenance menu (see Sub-section 3.3.10)
If none of the above helps you solve the problem, and you are still having trouble connecting to the Internet,
we recommend that you restart your Sunrise Internet Box (see § A.6) and possibly reset it to the factory
configuration (see § A.7). You will then need to re-configure your Sunrise Internet Box as a first-time setup.
