Trouble Shooting There is no sound when playing. Check to find if the volume is adjusted too low. If it is too low, turn it up. Make sure that the earphones are properly connected, or they are working properly. Sometimes abnormity occurs on the PC when disconnecting the player. - Page 18 Odys products are covered by a 24 month warranty.
