This section describes the steps necessary to install the I/O drivers for the BCOM-USB Device.
Driver files are provided for different versions of Windows. The correct driver files must be
installed. For Windows 7, 8, and 10 systems, a set of digitally signed driver files are provided for
both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the driver.
The BCOM-USB I/O Driver files are provided on the ASE Installation & Documentation USB
Drive delivered with the product. These files may also be downloaded from the ASE website:
http://www.ase-systems.com/
This manual describes the updated drivers and installation procedures released by ASE. This
includes signed driver files for newer versions of Windows (Windows 7 & later) and a more
automated installation mechanism. The instructions provided here may be used on older versions
of Windows (before Windows 7). It is important to follow these instructions carefully for a correct
