10. For heat only, press the HEAT button to activate the heat, then press and hold the
L or H button to turn off the massage nodes.
11. Press the POWER button to turn all functions off.
NOTES:
• The massage function will automatically shut off after 8 minutes.
• The heat function will automatically shut off after 20 minutes.
IMPORTANT:
• The massager may require a cool-down period after running several
times in a row.
• Using the heat function for more than 20 minutes (1 heat cycle) at a time
is NOT recommended. Allow the massager to rest between heat cycles.
