Reply to a Text Message
To reply to a text message, do the following:
1 From the Browse Text Messages screen, highlight the message you want to reply to. Open the message if
you wish by clicking the wheel.
2 From either the Read or Browse Text Messages screen, open the menu and click Reply... [
3 The Reply screen opens with the To field filled in.
Forward a Text Message
To forward a text message to another individual, do the following:
1 From the Browse Text Messages screen, highlight the message you want to forward. Open the message if
you wish by clicking the wheel.
2 From either the Read or Browse Text Messages screen, open the menu and click Forward... [
3 The Forward screen opens ready for you to address. The message is appended to the end of the new
message.
Adding Text Message Senders to the Address Book
If you receive a message from an individual you would like to include as a contact in your Address Book, do the
following:
1 From the Browse Text Messages screen, highlight the message whose sender you want to add as a contact.
Open the message if you wish by clicking the wheel.
2 From either the Read or Browse Text Messages screen, open the menu and click Add to Contacts...
[ + =].
3 The New Contact screen opens with the new contact's phone number added (as "unfiled"). At this point you
can Save the new contact as is, add more contact information, or simply click the Back button to return to
the Text Messages application without saving any of the new contact's information.

Call Back Sender of a Text Message

To use the Telephone application to call the sender of a text message, do the following:
1 From the Browse Text Messages screen, highlight the message from the person you wish to call back. Open
the message if you wish.
2 Open the menu and click Call Back. You enter the Telephone application and your call is placed.
