• From the Browse Tasks screen, use the wheel to highlight the task you want to discard, then open the
menu and click Discard [
• From the Event Details, open the menu and click Discard [
Either way, the task is moved to the Trash, where you can retrieve until you empty the Trash.

Empty the To Do Trash

To permanently remove all the tasks you've discarded:
1 From the Browse Tasks screen, open the menu and click Trash [
opens.
2 From this screen you can retrieve any task by highlighting it, opening the menu, and clicking Retrieve Task
[ + R]. You can now see the task in the All view.
3 When you're sure you want to permanently delete all the tasks in the Trash view, open the menu and click
Empty Trash. The Trash empties.
