- Page 2 PARTS STEP 1 Read through these instructions thoroughly before beginning assembly. We have found this to be of great value when first assembling this product. STEP 2 Remove all parts and hardware from packing material. Bed should be placed on a clean, non- abrasive surface to prevent soiling fabric or scratching metal pieces.
- Page 3 STEP 5 (TWIN & FULL) A- Swing out CROSS ARMS to 90 degrees as shown in Figure 1. For 634 only: Slide (12) END CAPS onto side rails (9). WARNING: END CAPS MUST BE PLACED OVER ENDS OF SIDE RAILS TO AVOID SERIOUS INJURY. Determine the desired bed size (Twin or Full).
- Page 4 STEP 7- Align top reduction of extension legs (8) with bottom of headboard posts. Make sure the 3 holes on extension legs are perpendicular to headboard panel. Now carefully insert extension legs (8) into bottom of headboard (1) posts. STEP 8- Place headboard and frame in desired location in room.
- Page 5 CARE Vacuuming is the only recommended cleaning method for the mattresses. Do not dry clean. The chemicals used in dry cleaning agents and spot removers may be harmful to the fabric or underlying material. A solution of mild soap and cold water may be applied lightly to tackle a stain, making sure not to soak the www.llbean.com...
