To fix a sound issue on your BCP SKY1036 keyboard, try the following steps:
1. Check the Volume: Ensure the master volume and accompaniment volume are turned up using the volume controls on the front panel.
2. Power Cycle: Turn the keyboard off using the power switch, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
3. Reset Tuning and Transpose: - Press both “TUNE ↑” and “TUNE ↓” buttons at the same time to reset pitch to 0. - Press both “TRANSPOSE ↑” and “TRANSPOSE ↓” buttons at the same time to reset transpose to 0.
4. Exit Any Active Function: Press the corresponding button (e.g., “ENSEMBLE” or “FOLLOW”) again to quit any special mode.
If the issue continues, additional troubleshooting or inspection may be needed.
