– Unbolt covers for injectors -arrows-.
– Pull covers upwards and turn them
– Unbolt injectors -arrows-.
Caution
♦ Identify cylinder numbers on injectors.
♦ Used injectors must always be re-installed on the same
cylinder.
– Screw puller - T40059- -item 1- onto the injector that is being
removed and knock out the injector using multi-purpose tool -
VW 771- -item 2-.
– Remove locking pin - 3242- .
– Turn crankshaft 90° (
