Charging time varies according to battery temperature, current flow of the connected AC220V charger and battery age. The green light on the charger indicates power
input and that the battery is fully charged while the red light indicates that the battery is charging.
When a charger is connected to a power outlet with the battery detached, the green light appears. The light turns red when battery is connected to i4 TTL
If the red light does not appear while charging, ensure that the charger is connected to the power outlet and there is power supply. Where there is a malfunction with
the charger and the battery, contact Rimelite for after-sales service.
Where a battery percentage falls drastically after a full charge, battery may have degraded or there is a malfunction with the charger. Replace battery and check if
charger is working.
Caution
Using a flash continuously (succession of 250 flashes) the battery might be overheated.
Firing 150 flashes successively at full power and an ambient temperature of 25°C may cause the overheating alarm to beep. After 5 seconds of beeping, firing of
additional 50 flashes is possible. (Depending on the battery status (below 70% of use, temperature) firing up to 250 flashes may be possible without overheating)
An overheated battery may cause damage. In order to avoid overheating, leave flash unused for 10 minutes or more after a succession of 250 flashes at full power.
