9. Connect the system fan cable to the system fan connector on the system board. See "System board"

10. Install the illuminated red dot cable to the new system fan.
11. Reinstall the computer cover and reconnect the cables. For details, see "Completing the parts

Replacing the illuminated red dot cable

1. Remove the computer cover. For details, see "Removing the computer cover" on page 30.
2. Disconnect the illuminated red dot cable from the system board. See "System board" on page 3.
