Quickoffice
Use Quickoffice to view Microsoft
®
Microsoft Office Excel
®
PowerPoint files on your device. Quickoffice supports
viewing Microsoft Office Word (.doc and .docx), Excel
(.xls and .xlsx), PowerPoint (.ppt, .pps, and .pptx), and
text (.txt) files.
Viewing Documents, Presentations, and
Spreadsheets
Make sure you have copied the files to the device's
microSD card before you open Quickoffice.

While viewing a file, you can:
Slide your finger on the screen to pan or go
through the pages of the file.
Turn your phone sideways to view the file in
landscape mode.
To zoom in, spread your thumb and index finger
across the screen. To zoom out, pinch your thumb
and index finger on the screen.
Press and then tap
worksheets in an Excel file.
When you open Word documents, Quickoffice
reformats the text to make it fit the screen's width.
Press and then tap
normal and reformatted modes.
Editing a Document or Worksheet
1. While viewing a document or worksheet, press ,
and then tap .

Make your changes on the file.
3. When done, press
