Lifelites is the only charity in the UK dedicated entirely to providing a full package of
technology to enhance the lives of children in hospices. We seek to give all children's
hospices the equipment they need to help families enjoy their stay in home-from-home
surroundings.
In 2010 we expect to be serving all
41 children's hospices in the UK.
Lifelites is an independent charity raising funds from a wide variety of sources and we do
not ask the hospices for any contribution towards the equipment and on-going services
we provide. Over a four year cycle, our donation to your hospice will be worth in the
region of £45,000.
Currently Lifelites pays Alphameric Solutions to provide these services for children in
hospices on our behalf.
Alphameric Solutions, the leading supplier in Display and EPOS Technology
to the Bookmaking industry, have been working together with Lifelites since their first
pilot in 1999.
With their understanding of technology, this has helped them ensure that they provide
and support Lifelites with the best equipment for the needs and requirements of the
children within each hospice.
Alphameric Solutions also support Lifelites in other ways, as earlier in 2009 they
announced that Lifelites were to be their chosen Charity and have since had their first
successful event with many more on the horizon.
