A: To validate your warranty, you must complete the warranty
card and return it or register online within 30 days of purchase.
The warranty that is in effect at the time the machine is
purchased is the one that is honored. Our warranty centers are
in the US, Canada, Australia and Europe for your convenience.

the directions in the owner's manual, as breakage resulting

transferable. The warranty is valid when all regular maintenance
routines are followed. The following routine maintenance
procedures will help keep your Ionizer running at the optimal
performance level:
• We recommend Internal filters be changed annually.
• Citric acid cleaning filter should be used 3 to 4 times
per year.
• Pre-filters should be changed annually.
• Pre-filter housings should be changed every two years.
