    ImPorTANT sAfeGUArDs When operating this electric appliance, basic safety instructions should always be followed. Refer to the following for these instructions. reAD All sAfeTy & UsAGe INsTrUCTIoNs before UsING ComPressor ICe CreAm mAKer. eXerCIse eXTreme CAUTIoN: AVoID eleCTrICAl sHoCK. DO NOT immerse cord, plugs or the Compressor Ice Cream Maker Base in water or other liquid.
  • Page 7 13. DO NOT add unauthorized accessory attachments. Such use may result in electric shock, injury or fire. 14. Use only factory cord supplied; NEVER add extension cords. When done using, switch control to OFF then pull plug from outlet. 15. ALWAYS insert the Removable Mixing Bowl and Durable Mixing Paddle before connecting the Compressor Ice Cream Maker to the electrical outlet.

    SleekScoop Pro Compressor Ice Cream Maker Base: The stainless steel SleekScoop Pro Compressor Ice Cream Maker Base houses the compressor for freezing and holds the Non-removable Freezing Bowl Base, as well as the Removable Mixing Bowl with Handles. The Removable Mixing Bowl is inserted into the Non-removable Freezing Bowl Base and the Durable Mixing Paddle is positioned inside the Bowl.

  • Page 11 Assemble the Compressor Ice Cream Maker as Follows: With the power plug unplugged, place the Removable Mixing Bowl with Handles into the Non-removable Freezing Bowl Base (see fig 2). Ensure that the handle is lying flat. Align the Mixing Bowl handle stems with the slots on top of the Base.

    The Electronic Control Panel houses the platform for the menu, optional modes, and the Hold & Stay-Cold Feature. It also contains the Variable Timer Control to manually set any time from 5 to 60 minutes.

    Control Panel features Power Button – select to turn on the Ice Cream Maker. The standby Mode will operate until the Power button is pressed again. The default display time at “60:00” will indicate a 60 minute freezing time. Press the Power button again and the standby mode will activate again.

    I. ICE CREAM MODE (Making Ice Cream) After assembly, pour the ingredients of ice cream through the Ingredient Chute into the Mixing Bowl. Plug into the electrical outlet. The Timer will beep once. The LCD Display will indicate the “Ice Cream Mode” is selected with a preset time of 60:00 minutes.

  • Page 15: Iii. Mixing Only Mode

    Press Start/Pause button to start cooling. (The cooling function will turn on and off automatically to hold a constant temperature.) The Timer will beep three (3) times when the cooling time is complete. Press the Power button to turn off. Remove the Lid and Mixing Bowl. If the Power button is not turned off, the Cooling Mode function will automatically continue for 10 minutes.

    before first Use The Compressor Ice Cream Maker is packed with all pieces assembled. Unpack and clean the unit as follows: Remove the EasyVue Transparent Lid by sliding clockwise and lifting straight up. Set aside. Remove the Durable Mixing Paddle. Set aside. Remove the Mixing Bowl with Handles.
