SECTION 3 DISASSEMBLY Main body section 3.1.1 Removing the top cover (See Figs.1 and 2) (1) From the both sides of the main body, remove the four screws A attaching the top cover. (See Fig.1) Top cover (2) From the back side of the main body, remove the six screws B attaching the top cover.
Page 8 3.1.2 Removing the front panel assembly (See Figs.3 and 4) • Remove the top cover. (1) From the top side of the main body, remove the tie bands Front panel assembly bundling the wires. (See Fig.3.) Reference: OSD connect 2 board After reassembling, bundle the wires with the new tie Main amplifier board bands as before.
Page 9 3.1.3 Removing the rear panel (See Fig.5) • Remove the top cover. (1) From the back side of the main body, remove the strain re- Strain relief lief from the rear panel in the direction of the arrow and re- Rear panel move the power cord.

(1) From the back side of the main body, remove the three Wire holder board screws K attaching the DSP board to the rear panel. (2) Remove the screw M attaching the DSP board. (3) From the top side of the main body, remove the two screws N attaching the wire holder board and move the wire holder board with the wires in the direction of the arrow.

3.1.12 Removing the DCDC control board (See Fig.10) • Remove the top cover. From the top side of the main body, disconnect the DCDC control board from the main amplifier board in an upward direction while DCDC control board releasing the claw g of the connector CN152 on the main ampli- fier board.
