Use j to select "Use
Address Book" and press
c (OK).
The address book list screen appears.
Select "Use Records" or "Phone No. Entry" and you can launch the Incoming/
Outgoing Calls to select the address, or enter the phone number directly.
Search the address book
with a and press
c (Detail).
The address book detail screen appears.
Use j to select a desired
phone number, and press
c (Select).
The Create Mail screen returns.
Press Y (Send).
After your C-mail was sent, the screen
shown on the right appears.
