Settings Display the setting menu (P.103).
*1: You can add by touching and holding a wallpaper part without shortcuts
or widgets.
*2: You cannot select it when there is no space to add in the Home screen.
*3: To rename a folder, tap the folder on the Home screen → Touch and hold
the name above the folder → Enter a folder name → Tap "OK".
*4: Alternatively narrow don the distance between two fingers on the home
screen to display the thumbnail of the home screens.
Removing/Moving a shortcut or widget from the home
screen
Example: Removing

Touch and hold widget or shortcut on the home screen to
remove.
"Applications" at the bottom of the home screen changes to "Remove".

Drag to "Remove" and release it.
To move
Drag to the position you want to move to and release it.
Information
• You cannot delete/move "Applications" displayed at the bottom of the
home screen.
• When you drag a shortcut to a folder which created by "Add" from the
menu of the Home screen → "Folders" → Tap "New folder", you can
move the shortcut into the folder.

Description
Using Quick search box
You can search information including entered word in the FOMA terminal or
on the Internet.

a Specify the information type from "All", "Web", "Apps".
b An entered character appears.
c Tap after text entry to start search.
When any characters are not entered,
you want to search by voice sound (only web search).
d Information or search options saved in the FOMA terminal containing the
entered characters appear.
Information
• To change information type or settings to be searched,
"Search settings" (P.106).
• To enter a word you want to search by Google search, from the Home
screen, "Applications" → Tap "Voice Search".
• To set the voice sound recognition, from the Voice Search screen,
→ Tap "Settings".
• For voice input, connection by Mobile network is required. Wi-Fi
connection may not be available.
