INSTALLATION (I) Ensure the headstock is as lower as possible, and be fixed on the column tightly before moving machine. while moving machine, keep its balance and safety. (2) Don't mount the machine at the sunshine place to avoid the deformity of machine and the loss of accuracy. - Page 7 (6)Adjust the positive depth stop gauge according to working depth. the .scale sjze (7)Adjust accord.ing to ,rnrking need. TROUBLE SHOOTING 1. The machine doesn't run when the power switch is turned ON (a)The knob is in the STOP position (b)A fuse has burned out---Check in the sv.i tch hox, ancJ replace it necessary. (c) Jf there is a surge in the current, the circuit breaker may have opened---Press lhe circuit hreaker if it is in open position. - Page 10 inner beari n� covers. adjust them so there is no free play in the taper bearing, and the bearing free]y. Tighten them against turns each other to save this adjustment. (c)The gap of the taper sliding plate is too widc--Adjust the bolt tension.
