Description
DHCP Option 66 is used to verify a TFTP server when the
name field in the DHCP header has been used for DHCP
options. If you set it to Yes, the ET523 will use the TFTP server
designated by DHCP, instead of the one you specified in the
TFTP server option above.
This function is for the ITSP. The end user should not use this
parameter. The default value is No. Select Yes to enable the
automatic HTTP upgrade and provisioning. When it is set to
No, the ET523 will only upgrade once at boot up.
Automatically Upgrade:
If it is set to Yes, in the Check for upgrade every field,
enter the number of minutes to instruct the phone to check
the HTTP server for firmware upgrade or configuration
changes. When it is set to No, the phone will only perform
HTTP upgrade and configuration check once at boot up.
Always Check for New Firmware: If selected, the phone
will always check whether there is a new firmware in the
server.
Check New Firmware only when F/W pre/suffix changes: If
it is selected, the phone will only check f/w when pre/post
fix changed for ITSP.
Always Skip the Firmware check: If selected, the phone
will skip f/w check and stays in current f/w.
Authenticate Conf File: If selected, the configuration file
will be authenticated before it is applied to the phone for
ITSP.
Enable the download of XML phonebook through TFTP or
HTTP. Define the XML server path and download interval:
Server Path: IP address or domain name of the phonebook
server, which can be either the same as or different from the
f/w server.
Download Interval: The interval of download.
Remove Manually-edited entries on Download:
The default value is No. If it is set to Yes, the manually input
phonebook through keypad will be overwritten. This is not
recommended.
Enable customized XML idle screen or logo downloaded
through TFTP or HTTP. Define the XML server path.
